What is your terms of payment?
T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We’ll show you the photos and videos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
How about your delivery time?
Generally, simple structures will take 7-15 working days after confirm the sample. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
What is your MOQ?
Trays and bags MOQ is 5000pcs, boxes MOQ is 3000pcs.
What is your sample policy?
We can supply the sample if we have similar products in stock, if no similar products, customers shall pay the tooling cost and the courier cost, the tooling cost can be returned according to the specific order.
How can you guarantee your quality?
Normally we do sample for you to confirm everything, and production will be as same as the sample.
